What does it mean to be successful for Jesus?

All authority has been given to Jesus and He enables us to have victory in our daily lives and in our struggles. So we can have victory...
I've been thinking a lot about success recently.
Any thoughts...

as we just got done with this conference- i'll tell you more about later-
but success could mean- that you fail and lead someone else to success.. does that make sense. we were around a thousand workers overseas the past 4 days- and they have spent 1000 of hours in the Bible- and they have seen crazy things happen. but because of their "failures" they have had great success!
